  Wholesale terms and conditions

  Returns are accepted on faulty items only within 14 days of receipt and we will only exchange faulty items like for like not for an alternative. We cannot accept returns for any other reason, without exception. All returns must be agreed in advance verbally and a covering letter enclosed with the return.
  
  Wholesale customers are not able to purchase items that are on special offer as this relates to retail prices only. Wholesalers will be notified of special offers via e-mail.
  
  For hygiene reasons Classic & Exotic Lingerie cannot accept returns of adult toys, novelties, creams, lubricants or massage oils.
  
  All trade prices shown on the wholesale site are quoted inclusive of VAT and should be deducted if VAT registered for your VAT return.
